The following policies are designed to ensure transparency, safety, professionalism, and exceptional service for every client at Concierge Elite Nursing. By scheduling services, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To honor the time reserved exclusively for your care, all cancellations or rescheduling require 48 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full service fee.
All scheduling changes must be made by phone.
A valid credit card is required to secure appointments.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment is required at the time of booking for consultations and at the time of service for all concierge nursing visits unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Concierge Elite Nursing accepts the following forms of payment:
• Credit Cards
• Debit Cards
• PayPal
• Venmo
• Zelle

A valid credit or debit card must remain securely stored on file for all active clients. This card may be used for:
• Consultation fees
• Nursing services
• Late cancellation fees
• Missed appointment fees
• Outstanding balances

For services paid via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle, payment must be submitted the same day the service is rendered unless otherwise stated in writing.

Invoices for extended concierge services or ongoing support are available upon request.
