SCOPE OF SERVICES

Concierge Elite Nursing provides the following services:

• Private nursing advocacy

• Clinical guidance and education

• Care coordination

• Remote/virtual support

These services do NOT include:

• Direct medical treatment

• Diagnosis

• Hands-on care

• Prescriptions

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS

• Services are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Services are not a substitute for professional medical care from your physician or healthcare provider.

• Always consult qualified medical professionals for health concerns.

• Services may be provided remotely and nationwide.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To honor the time reserved exclusively for your care:

• All cancellations or rescheduling require 48 hours' notice.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full service fee.

• All scheduling changes must be made by phone.

• No credit or debit card storage is required.

PAYMENT POLICY

• Payment is required at the time of booking for consultations and at the time of service for all concierge nursing visits unless otherwise arranged in advance.

• Concierge Elite Nursing accepts the following forms of payment:

• PayPal

• Venmo

• Zelle

For services paid via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle, payment is due at the time of booking or no later than 48 hours before the scheduled service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late cancellation fees, missed appointment fees, or outstanding balances must also be paid via PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle on the same day they are incurred.

• Invoices for extended concierge services or ongoing support are available upon request.

• Our goal is to ensure billing is seamless, transparent, and convenient for every client.

At Concierge Elite Nursing, care is intentional, discreet, and deeply personal.
