Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
This fee is non-refundable.

Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and HSA/FSA when applicable.


ONGOING CONCIERGE CARE

Healing is not one-size-fits-all.

For individuals requiring continued guidance, advocacy, or recovery support, ongoing concierge services may be recommended following the initial consultation.

These services are tailored based on your needs, timeline, and level of care required, and may include post-operative nursing support, follow-up visits, or longitudinal oversight.

Details and scope are discussed transparently during your consultation.


PAYMENT POLICY

All scheduled services must be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to the appointment or start of care.

This policy ensures dedicated time, availability, and continuity of care for each client.

Urgent or time-sensitive situations may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and accommodated when clinically appropriate.

Policies are in place to protect the quality, continuity, and availability of care for each client.

CANCELLATION POLICY.

To respect the dedicated time reserved for each client, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full consultation fee.
