WHAT TO EXPECT

Your 90-minute consultation is a comprehensive, one-on-one experience focused entirely on you.

During this session, we will:

  • Review your medical history, current concerns, and health goals

  • Discuss symptoms, patterns, and contributing clinical factors

  • Explore both traditional and functional perspectives when appropriate

  • Identify safety considerations, especially for oncology and post-surgical patients

  • Determine the most appropriate care pathway moving forward

  • Create a clear, actionable plan tailored to your needs

Comprehensive Consultation — $400
90 minutes • In-person or virtual

This fee includes your full clinical evaluation, functional review, oncology-informed safety guidance, and personalized plan of care.

  • Payment is required at booking

  • The consultation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable

  • A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your appointment

Ongoing Concierge Services

Healing is rarely one-dimensional. Ongoing support allows your care to evolve as your needs change.

Follow-Up Visit — $200
45 minutes
Continued evaluation, plan refinement, and clinical guidance.

Acute Support Visit — $150
30 minutes
Focused support for urgent questions, medication or supplement safety, or unexpected concerns.

Concierge Post-Operative Care — Starting at $600
Customized pricing based on procedure type, time required, travel, and clinical complexity.

Functional & Integrative Wellness Support

Personalized programs addressing hormones, inflammation, oncology survivorship, gut health, fatigue, detoxification, metabolic health, and long-term wellness.
Pricing varies based on depth of support and follow-up frequency.

Every service is tailored. No two care plans are identical.

Payment Policy

We do not accept insurance at this time.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit and debit cards

  • PayPal

  • Venmo

  • Zelle

Payment is required prior to services being rendered unless otherwise arranged.

Cancellation Policy

To honor the time, preparation, and individualized care provided to each patient, 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full service fee

  • Rescheduling must be completed by phone to ensure accuracy

  • A valid credit card is required for all bookings
