Investment
Initial Comprehensive Consultation
$400 · 90 minutes · In-person or virtual
Your consultation includes a full clinical evaluation, medication and supplement review, functional insight, oncology-informed safety recommendations, and a personalized plan of care.
This fee is non-refundable and required at the time of booking. A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your appointment.
Accepted forms of payment include credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and HSA/FSA when applicable.
Concierge Services
Healing is not one-size-fits-all, and your care should reflect your individual needs. Concierge Elite Nursing offers ongoing, personalized support beyond the initial consultation, thoughtfully tailored to your health goals and recovery journey.
Post-operative nursing support
Post-operative nursing support is customized based on your procedure, recovery timeline, and level of care required.
Follow-up visits
Follow-up visits provide continued guidance, plan refinement, and progress evaluation.
Acute support visits address unexpected concerns or time-sensitive questions.
Wellness support focuses on hormones, inflammation, digestion, fatigue, sleep, and long-term health optimization.
Service pricing
Service pricing beyond the initial consultation is determined based on scope, duration, level of care, and is discussed transparently during your consultation.

Cancellation Policy
To respect the dedicated time reserved for each patient, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full service fee. All scheduling changes must be made by phone.
